What’s Better, This or That?

You often hear or ask the question what’s better, this or that?  It’s been asked in many forms, are free weights better than machines?  Is Yoga better than personal training?  Is Chiropractic better than massage?

In my 15 years of experience I have found the truth to be no one single technique is the cure all, end all.  That’s why aerobics, strength training, Yoga, massage, Chiropractic didn’t work for everybody.

This fact contributes to another uniqueness of the 3DMT training program.  Based on your evaluation, we use exercises, stretches, and techniques from all of these different training methods in specific ways and in specific orders to address the functional ability that your body has.  It’s not uncommon for us to prescribe a combination of stretching and Yoga positions in conjunction with free weights and machines.  The result is the most individualized training possible.
